Niehardt Hall, University of Nebraska-Lincoln
The only ghost tour reference I can find in Nebraska is for ghost tours of Niehardt Hall at
the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I found a newspaper article online that mentioned it and
when I checked the page I have linked to, it does mention ghost tours. Contact the University for
more information.

Charleston Ghost and Dungeon Walking Tour
We took this tour on May 26, 2007. Frankly, I was disappointed. The tour lasts for 90 minutes, but the dungeon part is only about 10 minutes of that. The dungeon is very small, and filled with animatronics and other displays. While our guide told us some interesting things about the patriots and pirates who were imprisoned in this dungeon in the 1700's, she never once mentioned ghosts. After we left the dungeon, our guide, Nancy, took us on quite a long and silent walk to the waterfront. Charleston is one of the most haunted cities in the world, and yet we made no stops and heard no stories for at least 20 minutes. At the waterfront, Nancy told us an interesting story about a ghost car that used to haunt the old Cooper River bridge, and showed some interesting pictures. We also visited a fascinating haunted brewery and the famed Philadelphia alley, which was a notorious duelling site as well as a site for illicit encounters of other types. The ghost story Nancy told there was a interesting one, too, but that made a total of 3 ghost stories for a 90 minute tour. This tour had the least stops and the least stories of any ghost tour I've ever been on in fact. I think it is because Bulldog tours, which runs this one, has several other haunted tours, including Ghosts and Graveyards and the Haunted Jail, and they have just divided their tours up so much that they can not include much in any one, unless the others are more inclusive than this one was. Charleston has a lot of ghost tours; I would pick another one.

This tour will not launch until February 8, 2008, but I have heard great things about tour guide Rebel Sinclair, who used to
work for Bulldog Tours on the Ghosts and Graveyards Tour. She is taking reservations now! And she will do tours now for people
who are coming to Charleston and arrange a tour in advance.

About Charleston:
Charleston used to have about 6 ghost tours. Now it seems to have about 20. I have not chosen to list all of them,
but rest assured that there are coupons and brochures all over town for them.
